Illingworth Equestrian Arena
Constructing on such a tight site was an arduous task. The site's slope was slight but tricky being in such close proximity to dwelling and required significant levelling up. This involved excavating the higher ground and filling the lower ground while also utilising gabion retaining baskets. We excavated the site with minimal disruption to surrounding neighbours.
The client also entrusted us with the task of laying the foundations for their new stable block. As always we executed this task with great care and attention to detail. We began by carefully assessing the site to ensure that the foundations were suitable for the incoming buildings. Once we had the green light, we got to work laying the footings and concrete pads that would serve as the stable block's foundation.
To ensure that the stable block was fully functional, we also added services such as electric and water. Our team of professionals carried out this task efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the client's requirements were met within the agreed-upon time frame. The client was pleased with the results and now has a stable block that meets their needs and will serve them well for years to come.
